Questions and answers

You can buy annual and season passes in the public pools.

  • Public outdoor swimming pool: annual and season passes, payment in cash or by girocard (Debit card) 
  • Hallenbad Nord: annual passes, payment in cash or by girocard (Debit card) 
  • Uhlandbad: annual passes, cash payment only

You can also buy the passes at the Customer Service Centre of Stadtwerke Tübingen.

Please bring a passport photo with you when you buy a pass!
Our season and annual passes are personalised. Therefore, we need a passport photo from you to issue the pass. Passes from the previous year can be renewed.

Get a 10% discount on the season pass for the public outdoor swimming pool with the free swt discount card.
 

Please use our online form for your re-registration. We will ask for all the necessary data so that you do not forget anything.

In order to complete the online form in full, we need

  • Meter number and meter reading of your previous home
  • Previous contract account number
  • Date of handover of keys or end of tenancy agreement
  • New address for final bill

If your delivery address is in Tübingen, we also need the following information:

  • Name and address of the new tenant (if known)
  • Name and address of the owner

To register the new apartment, please click on the “Tariff transfer” item in our online form. You will then receive a power of attorney from us to transfer the contract. As soon as you receive the authorization, you will need the meter number and meter reading of the new apartment when you take over.
